I moved to Fukuoka from New York in January of 2011. Knowing only few people in town, It was a difficult start, but with kind help of the foreign community, I was able to rent a small apartment. It made me realize the importance of having a “home". Ever since, I have been wanting to help those who are in a similar situation. I want to pay forward the kindness I received. I believe the most important support in a daily life is to have a home to return to, a place which relieves one’s stress. A home that will enrich your heart and make your life happier.
